We only accept payment for orders in US Dollars made through use of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please e-mail us if you wish to request other payment methods.
Our website is secure and all credit card transactions are secure however, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us via regular email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using regular email.
Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, Nittany Valley Organics will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in United States Dollars. since we located in Pennsylvania, all sales will be charged the current rate of Pennsylvania sales tax. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.

Free delivery Free delivery is not automatic and only applies to individual orders totalling $125.00 or more (excluding delivery charge) to US continental addresses only. Delivery is handled by a USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Where free delivery has not been agreed, a delivery price will be charged based on the weight of the order. Nittany Valley Organics reserves the right to end, amend, change or extend any free delivery offer at its discretion.

Nittany Valley Organics has taken every care to ensure that the photographs, images, descriptions, color charts and specification of each of our products is as accurate as possible. However, while the reproduction of colors is a close representation, as the website is viewed on many different computer monitors, with a wide variety of resolutions and settings, we cannot guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual product. It is also important to recognize that our organic candles are hand-made and, because of this, there may be slight variations in color, height, width and texture of each candles.
By submitting an order to Nittany Valley Organics through this website, you are confirming that you have the authority to use the payment method you have chosen. You can also confirm that you have checked your order and that all the details are correct and that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and, that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order with Nittany Valley Organics you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information.
