Nittany Valley Organics is dedicated to achieving 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 10 days, you may return it.
To return a purchase, please read the information below and contact Deana@NittanyValleyOrganics.com. Deana will process your request and issue you a Return Authorization number. If the return is a result of an error on our part, shipping costs will also be refunded. There may be a small restocking fee (15%) for all returned orders that were originally shipped and received correctly.
Please enclose the original packing slip along with the return authorization number. Wrap the package securely in it's original packaging, and send it to: NIttany Valley Organics, P. O. Box 10579, State College, PA 16805-0579.
Nittany Valley Organics cannot be responsible for returned products that do not reach us or that reach us in a damaged state. If you have a return, we encourage you to package the products well, use a standard carrier for shipment, and to note the package tracking number. Return shipping and freight costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made for the original purchase price of the product(s) that arrive back in good condition. We cannot refund charges for the original shipping/handling or for the cost of shipping to return the product.
SOAPS
Soaps that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement at no additional cost. Damaged soap is eligible for replacement only - damaged soap is not eligible for a refund. The return ship date must be within 10 days of the purchase date to qualify for a replacement.
To return a product, please contact Deana@NittanyValleyOrganics.com. Once a return authorization has been issued, package the product carefully, include a copy of the invoice, and ship to:
