SHIPPING

In stock orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We normally ship USPS but we can ship USPS or FedEx if requested or required.

When we print your shipping label, USPS/UPS/FedEx will email the tracking number(s) to you. It is your responsibility to track your order and be available to receive the packages. Nittany Valley Organics is not responsible for orders that are not delivered because no one is present at the time of delivery, and it is up to the customer to work out delivery options with the shipping company. If you do not have your tracking number, please contact us and we will gladly provide it for you.
