  1. I am 18 years of age and have made a firm commitment to do a fundraiser with Nittany Valley Organics.
  2. We are ready to start selling. There are no other officers or members needed to approve this fundraiser. We are ready to go now.
  3. I am ready to schdule a kick-off date for the findraiser and a Turn-In date to Nittany Valley Organics. Date changes after inititial acceptance must be agreed to and approvd by Nittany Valley Organics. This contract is valid for 60 days. If not comleted by that time, prices will change and additional costs will be incurred and your organization will be charged for costs incurred by Nittany Valley Organics.
  4. Nittany Valley Organics will accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for payment or checks from the organization. No pesonal checks will be accpted.
  5. Candles sell for $13.00 each. A minimum of 24 candles must be sold to qualify for fundraising prices. Sell 24-99 and keep 40% of the sales. Sell between 100 - 249 and keep 45%. Sell between 250 - 499 and keep 50%. Sell 500+ and keep 52.5% of the sales.
  6. Notification of any missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  7. Orders will be shipped within 10 - 14 days from receipt of payment.
