SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped typically within 24 – 48 hours of being placed, except during US bank holidays. We will send you an email notification when your order has shipped. Nittany Valley Organics accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payment information is securely processed and encrypted, and Nittany Valley Organics does not have access to payment information.
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing delays that are affecting some of these order processing lead-times and it may take a few more days to receive a shipment confirmation.
Nittany Valley Organics offers FREE SHIPPING (3 to 5 days) within the Continental US on purchases $75 or more.
Nittany Valley Organics offers FREE DELIVERY to customers in the 16801, 16803 & 16870 delivery areas.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nittany Valley Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and happily accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your shipment. Shipping costs are not refunded.
